Greg brings over 20 years of full life cycle product management and marketing experience from the information, software and e-commerce industries at companies like First American DataTree, Experian, FICO, Black Knight, RealtyTrac, and AltaVista. As a product manager, Greg has developed successful new products, turned around struggling ones and grown mature products through his market-focused approach. He has developed B2B products and services, consumer-facing websites and e-commerce storefronts. Greg currently heads the Product Management team at LCPtracker, a growth-stage labor compliance software provider.

Greg has a market-driven philosophy, having observed that most successful products are those that solve a market problem. The foundation of the product should be built on understanding the needs of the target customer and communicating benefits in the language of the customer.

He is the founder of Orange County Product Managers, a community of over 2,000 product management and marketing professionals in the Orange County, CA area. Under Greg's leadership, OCPM developed one of the largest and most successful ProductCamp programs in the world, ProductCamp SoCal, an annual "unconference" where product management and marketing professionals convene to learn, share and collaborate.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and served his alma mater as a member of the Mihaylo College of Business Marketing Advisory Council for three years. Greg is Pragmatic Level IV Certified, is a Proficientz Certified Product Portfolio Manager and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
